Leaders of “Yardem” charitable foundation got mandate member in Public Oversight Committee of Tatarstan.

Bayazitov Ildar Rafkatovich – Mufti’s Social Adviser, the Chairman of Foundation Board, Ismagilov Ilgam Fatkhitahmanovich – the President of “Yardem” Foundation and Gelmutdinova Malika Rafkatovna – vice-president of “Yardem” foundation, manager of rehabilitation centre at “Yardem” foundation were given mandate member in Public Oversight Committee of Tatarstan.

Today in the Public Chamber took place first organisational meeting of the Public Oversight of Tatarstan. During the meeting representatives of society got mandates to free visiting of special institutions, also the management of committee was elected. Thus in Tatarstan the new membership of Public Oversight committee was formed.

The Chairman of the Public Oversight Committee became the member of the Public Chamber of Tatarstan, the autonomous non-profit organization “Centre of social rehabilitation and adaptation”, Gainutdinov Azat Galimzyanovich.

Also to the newly formed Public Oversight Committee of republic joined Balanfedieva Guliya Gumarovna, Bayazitov Ildar Rafkatovich, Gavrilkin Evgeniy Viktorovich, Gelmutdinova Malika Rafkatovna, Isamgilov Ilgam Fatkhirakhmanovich, Dmitriev Alexandr Nikolaevich, Zaripov Albert Yakubovich, Satdinov Ilnur Amerkhaydarovich, Tutaeva Natalya Evgenyevna and Troshina Tamara Vladimirovna.

The Public Oversight Committees in Russian regions were established in 2008 with the aim of “support of persons that are located in places of restriction of freedom”. The members of the Committee have the right to visit special institutions without special permissions, converse with suspects, accused persons and convicted people. From 2010 the Public Oversight Committee elects for 3 years – candidates are nominated by public organizations.
